Flat roof is most preferred in the area of little rain, although it is not in the present trend. But-flat roof provides you the inexpensive edge for money saving. RSB gives you three options to build this kind of roof, highlighting the key factors to beat stagnated water and proper drainage system. There is a protective covering used to keep your roof safe from the problems of water collection and poor drainage.

RSB construction provides three types of flat roofing system

  • Built Up Roofing (BUR) – this kind of roofing is done by addition of layers of different kinds of roofing layers made of coal tar pitch, cold application adhesive, modifies asphalt and asphalt. This roofing is also known as “tar and gravel” roofing because final layer is made of crushed rock and layer of gravel.

  • Single-Ply Roofs – it is the most preferred roofing system. It is of two types, thermoset membranes manufactured from the rubber polymers, requiring liquid adhesives or tape to be water-resistant. Other is Thermoplastic membrane made of plastic polymers formed in extreme temperatures and welding.

  • Sprayed Polyurethane foam – SPF is a spray sprayed on the roof. It is better for the uneven roof as it is light and flexible. It can be sprayed directly over the roof, shingles, clay tiles, metal, and concrete, woods.
